The winners of the 2023 RisingStories International Story Pitching Competition have been officially announced.
After a rigorous review by the main co-organizers, out of nearly 800 submissions, 50 works in both Chinese and English have been selected for the preliminary round. These selected works will now be handed over to a panel of expert judges to collectively choose 10 works for the final proposal conference. "2023 RisingStories International Story Pitching Competition" ( "2023 RisingStories"), the submission deadline has closed. This year's competition received nearly 800 entries from 12 countries and regions including Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, and the United States. Upon learning of this, the Chinese judges on the "2023 RisingStories" , the professional jury, James Wen and Angie Chai, expressed their anticipation. “I didn't expect there to be so many submissions, which also indicates that the creative power of creators is strong now. The 2023 RisingStories International Story Pitching Competition is a unique opportunity for aspiring writers and storytellers to showcase their creative abilities on an international platform. The competition, which is being organized by Studio76, and co-organized by several leading organizations such as Blintn in South Korea, Weiyu Films in Singapore, GroupM, Mission Entertainment, Southern Flame Ltd. and TDI (Taiwan Dream Institute) in Taiwan, is open for submissions now until April 14th, 2023.
